Cambodia joined IHP+ in 2007. It has a National Health Strategic Plan for 2008-2015. In 2006, the Government and seven bi- and multilateral development partners signed a Joint Partnership Arrangement, which is considered the Cambodia country compact. A mid-term review of the National Health Strategic Plan took place in 2011. An IHP+ Country Grant has primarily been used to support the planning and evaluation processes of the Strategic Plan, strengthen CSO engagement and support the Technical Working Group for Health.IHP+ membership was transferred to UHC2030 in 2016.
