Overview and Context

National Health Policy Strategy Plan

New Health Care Act came into force on 1 May 2011. National Development Programme for Social Welfare and Health Care (Kaste) 2012-2015. The Government has five strategic prioies which form 26 key projects. The Government plans to overhaul the pension system, implement a social welfare and healthcare reform, reduce the amount of obligations and functions in local government and reform central and regional administration.
